Reacts with alkaline compounds to form the corresponding epoxide 2,3-Epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride is highly skin-sensitizingand showed carcinpgenic properties in animal experiments.

Wahs with plenty of water immediately, take off all contaminated clothing immediately.
